Actors work in teams. Each team is responsible for an individual hospital. The teams are large enough to ensure that despite actors' other work commitments reading sessions are never missed and patients never let down.
"I think it's an excellent service, valued by the patients and staff. The patients receive excellent stimulation from the readers, offering hope and motivation for them. It gives them a sense of value"
Sister Shirley, George Brunskill Ward, Finchley Hospital.
