InterAct help actors research new stroke play

Actor Art Malik and his daughter Kiera were given special access to the work of InterAct.

The father and daughter performers will be appearing in a new play called ROSE written by InterAct reader Hywell John.  The play explores the relationship between father and daughter and looks at how people are affected by stroke.  Art and Kiera came to St Pancras hospital to watch InterAct readers Marsha Rice and Rose Sawkins at work.   They also met Joanathan Freedman the Line Manager of the hospital and interviewed various stroke patients.

ROSE, will be playing at this year's Edinburgh Festival for the whole of August...

However, in an act of wild benevolent generosity, the producers have elected to have 2 preview performances here in London, and tickets are a mere £7.50.

So, if you're in London please do come along and support as it will be the play's first outing before the Edinburgh bear pit and it would be great to have a nice friendly crowd!
